Default VTEC bog?

Hey Guys, my teg has seemed a little gutless latly, like i usually blow away sunfires and now i can just keep up. my comp in 200 across the board like always. When i pulled the plugs they looked pretth light, like almost white. I know that means lean but could that be the reason? Before i fixed my valve stem seals i was burning alot of oil and alot of liquid oil was blown out and i was wondering if it was possible that all the oil and carbon would plug up the cat.? Also when vtec kicks in at 6700rpm...lol jk i mean 4400-4500rpm it feels like i lose power? I'll be in 2nd-3rd and i pin it at 3000rpm it climbs decent then hits vtec and it feels like it pulls back almost or feels restricted. Im sure i set the valve lash propurely(iv doubled and triple checked) What could it be? It cant be my timing because i havent messed with it. i dont know, help any one?

Pull off your vtec cylinoid. Clean it out if it looks clogged.
