My friend has ordered stuff from Kteller and he never had a problem.

i've heard a lot of good things about kteller, but was disappointed when my brother ordered a 2.5" cat for his jdm itr 4-1 header and the flanges that were welded on there were too small to fit around the oem donut gasket. another h-t member i spoke too had the same thing happen to him.

as for the password jdm situation, as i remember, it was a case of mistaken packaging. they simply sent the wrong package to the wrong guy, there wasn't any kind of scam going on. password jdm is a reputable vendor.

kteller=
Very fast order processing/shipping. Have more things from them that came in today waiting for me at home. Hope it's what I expect as far as quality.

My opinion about passwordjdm. Reputable company. Only thing I have as far as a complaint is that I called them up and asked if they had a 'clean' set of dc2r door panels. They told me they had a set that only had a flaw in the arm rest area where the material is peeling up, but the tweed was perfect. No problem, I could reglue the material at the arm area. I get the door panels in and the tweed is peeling, and there's knicks and dings all over the panels. Now I have some $120 paper weights. I guess their idea and my idea of clean are totally different.

i asked him the same about my test pipe, he makes his flanges to work w/o donut gaskets b/c i bought a new one and didnt need it. but mine works good, no leaks, excellent fit

It's called drop shipping. That way Mike doesn't have to keep a lot of stuff on the inventory. He just calls one of his suppliers, places the order, and they ship it directly to the customer from the supplier.

I've bought lots of misc. piping and hardware from him and it's all drop shipped from a place in Miami, FL. The shipping was a bit higher than expected, but I've never had any other problems.
