I was going too buy a header and testpipe from 99s.Just would like too know if he is a good seller or not.Seems too be a good guy and has lots of items for sale atm.

best way to do it IMO is check his ebay feedback if he has an acount, then ask him to put it on ebay witha buy it now price...once its on ebay, use the buy it now and its yours.. this way at least if u get scammed or somethings bad you can report him to ebay and or leave negative feedback.
