viberation

During acceleration especially 2nd gear from 2500-4000 rpm my steering wheel shakes a lot. My tires are new and i adjusted my suspension ride height again. I also have a ripped axle boot. Could it be my alignment/balance/axle? It's very annoying i took my power steering belt off so i don't feel the vibration as much.
