Default very bad luck man...help quick!!!

ok so my car isnt running...so i turn the steering wheel so i can push my car in this spot in my driveway...and i try to turn the wheel more...and then the steering wheel just like pops...and i can move the steering wheel freely now and the wheels wont me...please help...

i turn the steering wheel...and wheels stay still

Hmmm, possible you may have forgot to have the key in the ignition?

nah i had the key in...now i can have my car off and the steering wheel turns freely like if it were a video game

damn man...**** is stupid...how the hell am i suppose to find out what it really is?

it just like made a pop noise when i turned the wheel...now this **** doesnt move the wheels or nothing

man bro, sorry to hear about the bad day. Anyway best way to check it is if you can jack up the car and check the rack and pinon and see if the is broken. Its going to be behind your engine and the colum runs down to it. It might be broken there cause i seen it happen before.

the steering wheel is stock...yes...i will jack it up tomorrow....is it easy to exchange the rack and pinon?

yea, most part it is. Its the ball joints that is a pain in the *** to take off so make sure you hit them on the side and not on the tread.

Not sure about over there, but local part house sells them for about 100 bucks.

ok ok well i cant check today cuz its raining...so i guess tomorrow i will see whats up...hopefully a bolt just came loose man...my car has been parked...now i got the money for the new tranny...and this **** happens
