which valve train is better crower or supertech
there is this guy that is selling me the new supertech springs and titanium retainers for 300 or should i just buy the crower ones i have 404's waiting to be put in, which would be the best choice.

its your choice...i would personally try and match valvetrain to cam manufacturer.. But they are both well known and good reps..
