Default Valve adjustment 91 integra

Valve adjustment on a 91 integra? dont really understand why i need one. Someone I knew told me i did

and your question is? regardless, you do most likely need a valve adjustment. how many miles are on the motor?

a lot of cars go without a valve adjustment for a LONG time due to owner ignorance. with that many miles, i'd HIGHLY suggest it. you'll feel an increase in power after its done

Funny, I did mine and it didn't feel any faster to the assometer.

depends on how bad it was before. if you do it on a regular 30K mile or shorter basis, you won't notice it because there isn't as great of a loss

^^^that guy here is right...i had a valve adjustment on my motora few months ago and now my motor runs like its new..

did you bolt on a turbo with the valve adjustment??? valve adjustment is regular maintenance. Do you feel a difference after an oil change too?

no i cant tell the difference after my oil change but the valve adjustment has to do with the engine so i can feel the difference the gears are way smoother
