I went on ebay because im looking into purchasing another integra gsr. The price looks a lot higher than last year.....are the price going up or not. Really looking for something between 4-6 thousand...but it seems like they are around 8-10 grand.

 

There has always been a high demand for integras and in particular gsr's type-r's. They are getting totalled and very often stolen (I believe 6 of the top 8 stolen cars were integras), however the demand is still there. The line gets thinner every year, thus you are going to see higher prices.

 

i think the demand for integras is staying constant yet no new cars are being produced, resulting in the prices not dropping dramatically.

i say this only because i was out in search of a gsr, and was surprised to see the prices used car dealers asked for them.

up to 14k for a 00 gsr in decent condition.

 

So many stolen integras these days...when will it stop...

They don't seem to be getting cheaper as rapidly as most cars, but they're not going up in value. A buddy just bought a 97 GSR with Crower cams and a few nice things done to it by a 60 year old for $7500. I've seen a ton of them in the paper. MAYBE where you live they're hard to find right now because of all the kids that just got out of school buying them with mom's money or whatever, but it's not like these are about to appreciate in value. Hell I saw a Type-R in the paper the other day for $12k.

The value of the integras arent goin up, its just that these cars are in high demand and plus they dont make them anymore...

 

Werd, not even Type-R prices are going up, they're just getting rarer, that's all. Also don't look for cars on ebay lol. Use http://www.autotrader.com or the paper
