R cams
mugen ECU
short ram intake
straight pipe 2.25" no cat

or is it just the waste of $?
what do you guys think?
and if its worth it, how much can i gain?

Well you probably won't gain too much power with an otherwise stock engine, but geez it will look cool and they are fun to play with. Without a dyno you will be hard pressed to gain any horse power anyways. I say go with your best judgement.

yes i would get it tuned by some kind of piggyback tuning device or opt for a hondata-- And I would also get cam gears

waste of money
you basicaly have a stock b16 with itr cams and a intake and exhaust
before you get a vafc you should get a header, im, some pistons and valve train
