Default upgrades for an auto?

ive looked and looked and looked ....... and looked. what options are out there to upgrade an auto tranny. i dont want to go through the hassle of swapping for a 5speed.

i agree with this. you probably didn't find a lot of info out there because there are no good auto trannies/gears that came stock with a b-series.
so not only would it be a great upgrade to trade your car for a 5sp, it may be the only upgrade. i wouldn't want to go through the hassle of an auto-manual swap, either.

as someone already said, Level Ten Performance makes sick ****. Bullet proof trannies or you can rebuild yours with their bulletproof kit. I think they even have a computer where you can change the shift points. Also, check out a tranny cooler. I think B&M makes them. I have an auto too.
