Default update on hydrolock!!!

hah, well, just finished putting new spark plugs in. tried cranking it over, i could hear she wanted to start so bad, so i kept trying gave her alot of gas, and yessssssssss vrrrruuuuuummmmm right up. shes now running fine, no fucked up valves or nothing, i really lucked out becouse the puddle was no joke over a foot deep. thanks alot for all the help, if it wasnt for you guys i would have wasted 300 bucks on a mechanic doing the same thing

Did you do a compression test?
What were your #'s?

I hydrolocked mine and never did a compression test afterwards... turns out I bent a couple of rods, and they snapped a few months later.

I second that. Good job on your car! I went by to a short ram after my bypass valve saved my life.

yea i think im gona cut my cold air intake in half and just move the filter up

the best thing AEM invented is the bypass valves and injen cai rules
too bad my XTSS is so vicious that a couple hard shifts shredded the sucker into 7 pieces of plastic and foam almost getting sucked into my engine
