Up Grades
Have a 95, Acura Integra (Automatic) LS B18B and need some advice on getting some more juice out of the engine (UPGRADES).
Also need some advice on tranny swap and what will work. Automatic tranny seems to be slipping.

As for upgrades, I don't think you can seriously do much to get much power out of this car. Some can say you can, but in my opinion it's not worth it. Honda has design their cars to reach optimal performance evenly throughout the power band.
For transmission, are you planning to go manual or stick to automatic, if you planning to keep to automatic, it's really now almost impossible for you to feel raw power out of this car, that gear box was not geared towards quick acceleration.
All of this is my opinion, lets see how long before someone disagree with me. Again, I recommend keeping the stock Integra intake WITH air box, putting on a cold air intake or short ram throws off the power so much when using that automatic transmission, especially from 40mph-60mph acceleration. Keep it stock, nice and quiet.

IMO best bang for the buck and would be the most fun. If you are dead set on using a matic then I would look into a stall converter and a trans cooler. ITP offers honda ones and Im sure you could get Converter Design Specialists to make a custom one.

two words. LEVEL TEN
Either beef up that auto transmission or swap it to a 5 spd. No matter what kind of power you are going to make, an already slipping auto will not hold up to it.
