Type R Muffler ?

Type R Muffler ?
Ok i tryed searching but couldnt find what i was lookin for .. after i get my header in i'm going to get a custom 2.25 catback but what kinda muffler am i going to put on .. i was thinking an OEM Type R one because i dont want a really really loud sound .. but will the Type R muffler flow good with i/h/e ? or should i go free flowing aftermarket ?

The typr r exhaust does flow much better than a ls or gsr unit(roughly 33% better). However, it won't flow nearly as good as lets say an N1. For quiet and good flow you may want to get a DC or a apexi WS unit.
I'd rather have quiet than a little better flow, so i'd probably go with the typr R unit

if cops are a problem get the OEM type r muffler axle back w/ custom b pipe.
if not....i would go with smsp or get something custom with a ES muffler
(www.jdmhondaparts.com) or a custom magnaflow muffler (what smsp uses)
