type r header
Yes it should bolt up, one of the brackets is too thick tho, so you can leave it off or use a longer bolt. Blkbeast I think it gives some midrange and top end, either way I got mine USDM for about 45 bucks.

Yes, a USDM will give you some gains in the mid-range. I have one on the LS and I can feel a definite difference. When you remove your LS header take a look at the difference in design between the two headers. The ITR header has longer 2 pipes that go to 1 and several other small differences that make big power differences.
take the two pieces apart on the ITR header. port match them together, and give the upper portion of the manifold a rough polish with a die grinder.
this REALLY improves the OE exhaust manifold on the ITR..
not to start a flame war.. but I'll post this dyno to show you..
the motor is a b18c5 w/ 12:1 Endyn pistons, stock head, cam gears and tanabe exhaust.

I've got a question. I have a 95 b18b1, the O2 sensor is after the header. If I bought a Type R header, it'd obviously be OBD2 and would have the bung for the O2 sensor right on the header itself. Would I have to weld it shut or something like that?
