Turn Signals relay into DAYLIGHT! HELP!!!!!

Turn Signals relay into DAYLIGHT! HELP!!!!!
WAUSP!!!!!
SO I relayed my TURN SIGNALS in to DAYLIGHT RUNNING LIGHTS AND it wouldnt turn on because the wattage was to high so I bought LED because the Wattage low it could run off 6v or 12 v.
Finally got them today and the Right turn signal Stays on, but the left is REALLLY Dim.....I double checked the connection and it looks GOOD....has anybody ever had the same problem?
notes:
- awhile back it turned on randomly but when i turned off the car it was on for like 3 min and finally turned off.....if this helps
-sometimes it flickers bright and goes back to dim and stay on even when the lights and engine is off....
