Default turn signal problem

My turn signals went out a few days ago on exactly the day that I installed a system in my car, after I had the system installed everything seemed to be working fine, but then on my way home from work, all of the sudden my signals wouldn't work, so I've been frantically searching and trying to find out what the problem is. Then I realized that I forgot to put the ground wire back on in a part of the trunk, so I connect it back up, and still they wouldn't work, could that have maybe shorted something? What it's doing is just when I turn the blinker on..nothing happens..no noise from the relay, no arrows lighting up on the gauges, but my hazards do work, so it's not the bulbs. I was wondering if it was possible for it to be either of the fuses since my hazards still work, or if it could also be my relay because my hazards still work? I did check the 2 fuses anyway..and I don't think they were blown..but I've never actually seen a blown fuse, can you easilly tell the difference between the 2?

your porblem is either fuse, bulb, or relay
first check fuses. if all fuses good, listen for sound from relay, if sound comes from relay when single is on,go buy 4 new bulbs. i think 2 1175 and 2 194. Was is 1175? i'm sure on the 194

i had the exact same problem-all i did was replaced all fuses even good ones and put fuses in the empty slots- i know it seems crude but it did the trick when nothicng else did

its most likely the fuse, or the bulbs may also have been blown. start by replacing one of the bulbs to see if thats the case. if not, its probably the fuse

it is not the fuses, i have checked and replaced every fuse in the fuse box, they are fine, and the hazard lights still work and light up all the bulbs so its not the bulbs

take the big bulb from the front out, they are 2 things, so if one of them is not good then it might messed up somthing else. I don't know what your suppose to call it, maybe 2 fragments. just look at the light bulb and you'll understand
