i think you can use a greddy kit, but not the blue box. it's not compliant. search around in the f/i forum. you'll find some good info. i wouldn't know what is carb legal in your state. im going with custom turbo

Uh...I don't think theres a difference between a '99 GSR and a '00. The manifold will fit because they're both B-series, the charge pipes will fit because its the same car, not sure about the E manage though. Maybe you should email Greddy. And BTW,The greddy kit is only legal under the circumstances you don't use a BOV or an intercooler.
