Default turbo integra problem

hey what's up. I'm new to the site.
I came here because I'm having a problem with my 2001 integra.
I recantly turbo'd it. I have walbro 255 fuel pump, 450 dsm injectors, t3t04, vafc, tail wastegate (8 psi). I don't have a FMU.

The problem is that when I am under boost my car hits what feels like fuel cut any where from 5500 to 7100. I haven't got it above 7100 since I put the turbo on.

I was wondering if anybody has done this or encountered this kind of problem before. If so please let me know what I have done wrong or what I can do to fix it.

Sounds like your spark is getting blown out. What plugs do you have? You should gap the at .028-.030

how are you monitoring your air/fuel ratio? you could be running too rich or too lean.
