Hey guys I just picked up a 1995 integra turbo I sent it off to get a ton of stuff fixed/upgraded new manifold,bov,piping,cams and seals. The problem is the tune is bad and it needs a new one. Now here's my problem the car is away so I cant check if its chipped or not, but when I asked a local tuner if it is chipped if He would be able to remove it and install a s300 ecu and he said "they only do that to virgin cars". I cant find anywhere saying that, that would be a huge problem so is it the tuner or am I pretty much screwed as far as fixing the current "whatever is saying there is boost" goes?
