Can you find out which town they are located in? Then go to Facebook, join a car club (for that town) and make reference inquires.
Those local Honda guys will rip 'em apart if they've ever ripped off anyone locally.

 

they are a legitimate business here in california.
i suggest you give them a call first. i do not think they update the website as often as they should.
highly likely that its out of stock.

they are about a 40 min drive from me. ive been there a few times to pick up parts they showed in stock, to find out it was not
