I have a stock 5sp ls and my gears were a little hard to get in to .. so i added a quart of 85w-90 oil to my trans and it drove fine ... but When i went out today all of a sudden I have no 2 or 4 gear .... did i miss it up ....

 

85w90 is far too thick. Drain and fill with Honda MTF. As a temporary substitute, Honda calls for 30 weight oil.

 

it still runs and drives but it jus has no 2 or 4 could i have messed up the syncrow for 2 and 4

 

How long has it been since you added the gear oil? Can you get the car into reverse? Can you shift into 2 and 4 when the car is not moving?

 

I get 1 3 5 R no 2 or 4 at all it's been like 2 wkz

 

Check your linkage and motor/trans mounts. Something could be misaligned.
