Default Tranny problem?

I dunno wats going on but my car makes this rattle sound whenever i dont have the clutch pressed down, and when i do have it pressed down, its normal...so i need help figuring out wats wrong and how much it would cost to repair it. Thanks in advance!

its comes from somewhere near the tranny...and it makes like this rattle snake rattle..sorta lol

Clutch throw-out bearing or tranny shaft bearing(s). Try these couple things.

Idle in neutral, clutch engaged (that means you're not pressing the pedal).
Just press the clutch pedal down a bit. Does the noise go away? If so it's probably the T-O bearing. Tranny shaft bearing won't get quiet until the clutch is actually disengaged.

Idle in neutral, clutch engaged, making the noise. Disengage the clutch suddenly by very quickly pressing the pedal all the way down. A noisy T-O bearing gets quiet instantly, while the tranny shaft takes a second or 2 before it coasts to a stop.

shift fine?

yea the car drives and shifts fine, this is when im moving and not moving, i have a 1994 integra gsr

bearing is cheap
labor is $$$$$$
the bearing is INSIDE the transmission
