hey what up guys, i was wondering if anyone had a problem with gease coming out of either the tranny or the short axle on the pass. side b4. i check the axle boot and it wasn't rip or anything and the axle seems to be in all the way. tranny case isnt cracked either. thinking maybe the axle isnt in all the way. what you guys think?

 

if its tranny fluid coming out its probably the axle seal unless you have play in you differential. if its grease coming out you need to reboot your axles.

 

yea its called ripping the boot on your axle or breaking the seal, thats what happens when you drive and shift hard

 

well his boot isn't ripped but grease is still coming out where it seals around the inner joint or the shafe of the axle. it just needs to be rebooted and repacked with grease
