trailing arm
i think the rubber bushings in my trailing arm is already worn out. i have a 94 ls, can somebody send me instructions how to replace them. i'm also ready to buy some polyurethane. (that is, if i can some instructions).
the master kit i got from energy suspension came with instructions...
it was a b**ch to get the stock rubber bushings out, but the new polyurethane were pretty easy to get in. i had to burn mine out.

you need a service manual... you could easily type pages on how to remove the bushings. You mainly just need to remove the bolts holding the trailing arm in place, the hub bolt, the parking brake cable, and the abs sensor. You don't have to remove the rear brake disc to access any of these items, although it makes it easier, removing the rear brake disc can be a pain.
After you get the arm off, take the arm to a machine shop to have the old bushings pressed out and the new ones pressed in.
Drop me an email if you run into difficulties.
