96 integra gsr w/ I/H/E, act 6 puck clutch, flywheel, skunk 2 manifold, skunk 2 camgear and prelude stock injector. Stock ecu and tire. 14.7 at the track. Is that good?
Want to get in the 13's. What else do i need?

Want to put ctr piston, gsr head w/ stage 2 brain crower cams, skunk 2 manifold, koyo radiator and ecu upgrade.

Will i get in the 13 's with all of that upgrade or need more?

 

If you get into the 200whp+ range im pretty sure you can hit 13s. And you said you already have a skunk2 manifold and its also on your want-to-do list.
