Just tighten them as tight as you can. By the way welcome to the board. There is a meet in Austin on Oct 17th. You should come.

44 is a bit on the high side. It's going to be more like 36. That is what the neuspeed site says, and that's what mine are. but generally, 36 is about as high as you can get it without assist from an air wrench or something else, so, as tight as you can get it by hand.

35.5 ft/lb

Never tighten anything down past specs... Thats probably the stupidest thing you can do! There is a reason Acura gives specs on every bolt in their car.
If you require any help which im sure you dont... let me know
Also what did you end up going with for the bars? I'm in the market. Let us know how the turn out, and take a drive down Old Spicewood Springs Rd. Before and after

Meet: Oct 17th Sunday! Meet at 2222/620 in the HEB parking lot... 11:00am

lmfao old spice wood springs road what fun except for when you put ur car in a ditch at 4am, that is a really scarey road at nite. ok so its 35.5 ft lbs . kool thanks
so far the list of mods is short and sweet due to the lack of money but here is what i got so far.

bomz racing cold air intake
bomz front and rear strut tower bars
custom 2.5 cat back exhaust tiped with an hks high power muffler

and as far as future stuff whats next is lower sway bars and then headers and then cam gears and i might lower it but not by much maybe an 1in cuz where i live the speed bumps are more like mountains, seriously a lowered car would get stuck on them
