That article I posted explains the b20 sleeve design pretty well and there is plenty more info floating around backing up that article. The sleeves on the B20's are junk, they cracked on me, and have cracked on a few of my friends setups, and yes the motors were all tuned very well. I totally agree with the weakness of the walls. like i said before its really a 2.0 liter engine designed to be 1.8

but they will always produce more power from those .2 liters of displacement. and you cant compare them to b16s or b18cs.... those are different because of vtec and the physics are totally different ... b18b and b20b are very comparable... the others are not.

a b20b is great if you resleeve it with better sleeves then your set. no worries about cracks.
