Default torque damper?

i have energy suspension motor mount inserts on stock mounts, i have a itr trans. but theres something that sucks. one of the 2 19's on ther rear of the case where the back bracket bolts up ripped out. i want to know if im safe with the tranny if i locktite the existing bolt(the bottom one), and throw a torque damper on there. let me know if anyone has had the same issue, and how u resolved it. thanks.

well it cracked a piece of the case off, and the bolt was lost. i didnt break this trans. a friend of mine did, and i aqquired this from him when i bought his b16 crx.

for the top one, it wont accept the 19'' bolt anymore because of there not being the top of the case in that spot.

but i cant say im any better. i broke a ls tranny the same way, but i broke both 19's out.
