The spring rates on your coilovers are most likely too high for the Tokico Blue's. The Tokico Blue's are basically a OEM replacement, so pairing them with coilovers is not always the best idea.

I have the tokico blue kit springs and shocks
I think the ride is pretty stiff very similar to a new stock set-up

it's the coilovers. do yourself a favor and stay away from those things. i went through 10 shocks before i finally called it quits to my old coilovers. i switched to ITR springs and i've never been happier. the g/f doesn't mind the ride quality with the shocks soft, and i LOVE the handling. good spring rates; not too stiff, not too soft. only downside is it's not lowered now, which is a minus in the looks department and another minus in the aerodynamis department. i've been thinking of trying to cut and weld the suspension to get about a 1" drop in front and 0.5" drop in the rear without sacrificing suspension stroke (travel). i really like being able to take bumps in stride. separates me from the bumpstop-riding ricers.

ive had blues for a while, and i love how comfortable they are, they are not stiff or bouncy with my neuspeed.

pretty much just like stock and it has been supporting my race drop for a long time now.

id definitly buy them again.

btw ive heard coilovers are usually always bouncy.

Bouncy is one thing, bumpy is different.

I can almost guarantee you the problem is the shocks. Not to say that the coilovers aren't part of the problem, as you can't expect too much from el-cheapo Matrix stuff, but Tokico HP's are teh SUCK for most all except the mildest of aftermarket lowering spring setups. Better shocks that have the ability to control the motion of high-rate springs will definitely get rid of the bounce.

I used to have H&R Sport springs on Koni shocks. Awesome shocks as everyone knows, but the springs were too low and too soft, and would not stay off the bumpstops. That ride was pretty bad over uneven roads, as the springs bouncing would make the car feel pretty unsettled.

Now I have much higher-rate Eibach ERS springs on GC coilovers to fit my Koni shocks. The stiff springs make for a pretty bumpy ride, but it is never bouncy. The car feels much more controlled. Sometimes over a big dip I might feel like my head is going to hit the ceiling, but I'm sure a harness or something that would keep me planted in the seat would help that.

I have GC coils and tokico illuminas and love the ride i can make it stiffer when needed and soften them up easy with just the turn of a screw driver...Im not sure about the tokico blues but i love the illuminas

Yeah well Illuminas are one thing, but the HP's are junk for any significantly stiff spring, like over 250 lb/in or so.
