Default TODA Spec A's

Thinking about getting rid of my Type R intake cam and getting Toda Spec A's. Anybody know what else will be needed (mods)to get the most potential out of these?

Adjustable cam gears and a V-AFC.

New valvetrain so that you can rev high enough to see the full potential of the cams. A stock ITR valvetrain should be enough to run the Toda A's I believe. You may want to look into getting a Skunk II intake manifold and some higher compression pistons down the road. Toda cams love compression, the more the better.

FPR, Ti retainers are always good, and a nice flowing header would help a lot

I'm of the opinion that an FPR is a bad idea if you have a V-AFC.

how much more aggresive are the specA's to the ITR camshafts? would it be worth it to get the A's and not just spend a litttle more and get the B's or just stick with your ITR cams and do a differnt mod?

You would be better off upgrading your running the both ITR Cam and upgrading your current mod like JDM header, Car sound cat, changing you piston maybe going with a bigger block. It really depends on what you want to do or why your moding your car.
