Because with that many mods he needs a better fuel rail and radiator
I suggest suspension stuff
1-200 more bucks and you can get Tein basics

First of all, why do you have a VTEC controller? You don't even have any aftermarket camshafts? By moving the high profile lobe engagment point, you'll actually be slower (on stock cams). =P
I say, complete the breathing system by adding a high flow catalytic converter. Think about RGSGSR... it doesn't make sense if you don't.
DC Header (1.8" ID) ---> Stock catalytic converter (1.6" ID?) --> Cat-back Exhaust (>1.8")
Notice the bottle neck?
