camshafts will cost more than 500 with the springs and retainers you need, as well as the other supporting mods needed (cam gears, Intake manny). Save up some more and some cams will do you some good.

If you want a good cam setup i suggest going ITR intake cam and the JUN stage 2 exhaust cam.

no no, next things is a high flow cat. Then cams and cam gears. Is your vtech controller a VAFC or somthing similar, because you would need somthing like that to adjust for the cams

I would say a new clutch, ACT. Don't really have to worry about the flywheel because I never replaced it and my car still loves to skirt in 2nd and 3rd. Other mods are a new IM (you can probably get a Skunk2 for about 250). Other than that, maybe a nitrous kit? Oh, you can probably get a type r LSD, which is around 300-400 bucks (used), but labor may cost you about 300 more. Whatever you chose you can't go wrong because once you put the part in, chances are you're gonna spend some more money because it's never gonna be enough.

I'd say a better intake manifold with the Hondata gasket, Padawan's power steering removal kit, and some weight reduction.

Look into a 50-75 shot nitrous kit. They are roughly around your price range.

eh...I ran a 60 shot or so on a sohc zc singlecam motor in the crx (totalled because old people suck....but being parted out very soon). for almost a year no problems.. It's not as destructive as you'd think so long as you use common sense, dont run lean or hot, and stay on top of maintenance.

You only have one HEADER on a gsr

I would suggest a catalytic converter

I would say go with some ctr cams or itr 01 cams. I picked up the whole valvetrain and cams for around 500 used. Great bang for the buck.

Not only did he fail to read, I dont see what the hell a VTECH phone has to do with an LS integra

EDIT: I was talking about the guy with the LS. They both asked the same question.
