Default Timming problem

I just installed my pr-3 today, and it runs great no check engine lights and vtec engages properly, but after a while it started to iddle really low so low it will sometimes stall out, I think it might be a timming issue but i could be wrong. If anybody has had this problem before and knows how to fix it please let me know.

what engine do you have, could be your iacv. clean it first before you go adjusting your idle screw or throttle cable.
