Default Timing/leaning out problems I need help

Ok I have had problems for the last month. At 3000rpm & above my car missing my EGT goes up to 1400 degrees but my Air/fuel still shows rich at wot. I set my timing to 16 degree adv. when my car hits 3000rpm & above the timing goes to 34 degrees adv. but jumps around alittle. I think that my distributor but want to know fro sure before buying one.
I have replaced my injectors,fuel pump,igniter,plugs,wires,rotor button,fuel filter,coolant temp sensor,added a MSD 6a & blaster 3 coil,changed chips in my ecu.
I am running out of things to replace.
Any ideas??????????

Does no one here have any ideas? I ordered a new distributor today & I guess I will see if that helps.

how do you know your timing goes past 30? i never thought that would be possible with a properly installed distrubutor. did you install the distributor correctly? did you check your cam gears to make sure they are alligned?

I had some one hold the throttle at 3000 then at 3500 & I turned the dial on my timing light till I could see the stock timing mark on my crank pulley the dial was at 34 degrees.
I have the oem P61 ecu
I did not install the distrubutor. A friend of mine did & this problem started before I did anything to the distributor. The car has run fine for the last 8 months after the motor rebuild.
