how do you reline up the bolts?

Is it a rear lower tie bar? Is it a adjustable tie bar? Need more info to help. If it's the rear you should've supported the arms before you unbolted it. I made that mistake a long time ago and it took about 3 hours and alot of effort to get them to line back up.
