and i was wondering if how bad is this on my record?
and how much is the bail out?

All depends on your state's laws...usually not a big deal the first time, but some state's laws are very strict with this type of activity.

 

i don't know how much it is..i'm guessing 150 something. my friend got that last time because the cop came the other way and we U turn and didnt see it and floored it and haha yeah!

"squealing tires, negligent driving" i'll tell you what the judge wont be happy when he reads this! i bet it will be a nice fine! they love to teach young drivers like you a lesson for driving like that! believe me thats how it works here in the west coast. you might be able to get away with trafic school. but do your self a favor a drive normal for everyones sake. you will get less tickets.

my first was 2 months ago for having passengers under 20 in my car. [im 17 so i have gay provisional license for 12 months]
then got one of those picture tickets cause i made a right turn on a red light where i wasnt supposed to turn on red.
then i got a speeding ticket and 45 minutes after that i got one for modified exhaust.

Might be pretty bad for your record. In any case a moving violation is not good. Assuming your record is clean and this is your first offense, the judge might let you off with a warning, probation, maybe some court fees, but hopefully nothing major. If that's the case, it'll probably be dismissed with or without prejudice. If your insurance company checks your driving records regularly, they will probably look at it as a wreckless driving and/or exhibition of speed/power if convicted. Your insurance premiums will probably go up a little. If dismissed though, it shouldn't be held against you. Just cross your fingers and be very polite to the judge. If anything though, fines might be around $200.

 

Dude, just re-read your post. That's exactly why they have that "gay provisional license" requirement. Keep up with that rate and you'll be taking that bicycle off the shelf again. Use common sense and follow the rules, it's not that hard.

 

my first ticket was unavoidable.

the picure ticket wasnt even in my car.
i was driving with friends to a party.

i sped cause i was late for school.

and the fix it ticket for my modified exhaust i cant say is my fault.

but i have learned my lesson, believe me.

the ticket should have all the information you need on it, ticket fine/points to liscense/court date/reason for fine/etc
