Throwout Code Help!!!!!

I have a 01' Acura Integra GSR that has 130,000 miles... recently i jus got a check engine light and when i ran a diagnostic test it read P0420 code 67 -- Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold... How kin i fix this problem?...

its either your cat or the downstream o2 sensor. i would clear the code and drive it to see if it comes right back.
