Default throttle response?

doing work on my ecu and i want to know what is the best throttle response for the ecu. its a jdm b16a second gen. the people that are doing it said it would be between 3500-5000. what do you guys think would be the best. thanks in advance.

What do you mean by "throttle response"?

Throttle response, as the name implies, describes a car or engine's relative responsiveness to throttle inputs. It can't be "set" to a certain RPM.
