SOme say it helps out others say that it is really not worth it. However if you are going FI then I do believe that it would help. I am looking at getting one myself. Does your test pipe have both O2 bungs on it and do you get a CEL? Also how much was it and where did you get it from? TIA

your straight pipe will do a lot for the top end, especially on the freeway. it's not a very "feel it in your ***" mod, but the moment u put your stock cat back on, you can tell it's gone. test pipes get just be careful, cuz it is illegal.

my friend and i made a custom test pipe...car responds better, has a slight deeper throaty sound, and its very cheap and inexpensive..only bad side is you could smell your fumes especially if your runnin rich!

Try resetting the ECU, its a short term fix usually though.
