Default tein ss

Bought the tein ss from vtecvoodoo (thanks again man). Got em tuesday in the mail and put them on tuesday night. Man its like a brand new car agian. These things ride sweet and I've been in alot of lowered cars. I was wondering what you guys set the damping at. I set it to what the company said 6 clicks from full clockwise (full firm) in the front and 8 clicks from full clockwise in the back. They ride awsome like that but im just curious to see what u guys have yours set at. I live in Bumpy Road PA. So just trying to get some imput. But Ill recomend these to anyone. If you want a set pm vtecvoodoo He'll hook ya up. Peace

Today I noticed tha if i roll slow over a bump or take a corner slow i can hear a sqeak in the rear. It was starting to **** me off because my old coilovers did it too. Any Ideas? I really dont think its the teins but theres nothing to grease back there let me know if any of you had this prob and what to do about it

it shouldn't be the teins, at least I haven't heard of that happening on the tegs I know.
did you install new bushing when you put the teins on? Check you bushings, and lube up your joints

hmmm, never had a camber kit so I don't know. Guess it's not your bushings.
Ask a friend to push up down on the rear bumper, while you place your head under the rear (using caution of course ), and see if you can pinpoint the noise causing piece.

I had mine set at the company specs, then set them to full stiff. Loved the handling improvement, but was pretty crazy for daily driving w/ all the shitty roads around here. I have them at full soft now, figure I don't need them any stiffer unless I am doing some kind of racing. Rides great.
