hmmm i somehow have 2 names and i just happened to use the one without anyprofile info....thats what happens when i create an account in an english class then forget to write any info down and reregister a week later....go me...
Nice car! Got a question though, the front looks a lot lower than the rear. Is that drop really 2.6" up front and 1.7" in the rear?
Are these the springs you got?

i had the tein s'tech medium springs with koni yellows before and i was not happy with them.. they were too soft at times and too unpredictably stiff at others. it was even worse on stock shocks imo. if you have the s'tech soft springs, the spring rate might be a bit easier to live with.

Wow.. looks like someone broke in and stole everything...
How much faster will ripping all that stuff really make you go?

if you just put the springs in recently, the back will drop a bit within a month. That's how long it took my rear springs to settle. The fronts are much faster because of the weight. BTW, are you running those teins on stock shocks??? How long do you suppose the shocks will last?
its anyone's guess how long stock shocks will last on lowering springs... some last a few weeks, some last many months to over a year. depends on what kinda roads you're driving on.
i would never drop on stock shocks... you lose a lot of performance benefits when you drop on stock shocks - they are what actually hold your wheels to the ground. they're not meant to take the stress of lowering springs, and you'll have to replace them eventually and do the work all over again.
i vote for saving $ up and doing it right the first time.
