Tein coilover users...what setting do you use?
Tein SS/HA/Flex...any of them...what settings do you use for daily driving and autox?
When my FLEX comes in, Im going to run the stiffest.
why? coz your CD will skips as hell~
i have HA set and i love it
i also have EDFC, i wouldn't recommand to get it, it's pricy and useless.
i only had fun the first 2 weeks and then... no use

For a GSR all you can get are the SS unless you change the LCAs. The EDFC is a controller that lets you adjust the damping from inside the car. It puts a little motor on top of each shock or strut body.

SS is for non-ITR
HA for ITR
but nonvtec can still use HA type as long as you have ITR LCAs
SS is made for Non-ITRs
EDFC is a controller for adjusting the soft and hard (16 times) in the car.. but you can as well simply do it yourself in the engine bay and the trunk.. same ****~
go do some search man.. don't wasting ppl's time here

TEIN is very old school. It is a useless post because he is being a dick about it. I remember I wanted to buy TEIN springs for my CD1 back in 1997.
