I have a 01 type r swap. The other day when I was having some fun ripping on it and the car started to miss when vtec engaged. It lasted for about a day and now it seems to be running fine. I also threw engine code 9 around the same time this all came about. The car had this code about a year ago and I replaced the dizzy. I find it weird that a new dizzy it tossing this code up again for one but second is this code what created my miss that I encountered? Anyone else have this happen or any advice?

 

Well i got no replies... I just ordered a OEM dizzy from acura. Just incase this happens to anyone else I will post up if it fixes my problem.
