Does anyone know where you can get the skyline tailight conversion for tegs ?

i personally don't think that it looks all that good... but what are you asking here... what body shop has the skills to do a good job on a skyline taillamp conv in NY or where to purchase the taillamp assemblies for the custom job?

Worse. He didn't realize that there is no kit or adapter parts you can buy to have it done. It takes a skilled professional to do custom bodywork to the car. You have to find a local shop that has done conversions before and find oem skyline tails.
