Default tail light problems

alright, when i hit the brake my tail lights dont light up and when i turn the lights on the 3rd brake light does not work, but it i take one of the tail light bulbs out with 2 terminals and put a one terminal bulb it lights up, where do i start? thanks

that would do it, and i forgot to mention that when i hit the brakes it doesnt get brighter because they re alwyas on "high beam"

wow, changed all the bulbs and it didnt change anything, lights dont light up when i hit the brakes and when i turn the lights on and hit the brakes they dont get brighter and the 3rd one doesent light up, damn

I would try checking the wire from your break pedal? I have no idea what wire it is, but that may be damaged.

Then check your brake switch. It's on your brake pedal...when you step on the pedal, the switch will turn on those brake lights.

do the lights turn on regular when u turn on ur headlight??.....does ur horn work??....cuz i had the same problem just check the fuse under the hood that is pointed out in the pic...mostlikely and i'm pretty sure its the answer to ur problem....
