and if it come on then its the tach right?

cant be my power right on autometer its saying the bulbs not gettin power
cus its not doing the bulb check but the tack is workin


I have the red wire ran to 3 17 fuse
and the white to the dimmer.

and any answer on the light dimming.brightning opposite?
