Default Switching remotes??

Would the stock keyless remote for one integra work on another Integra if it was programmed or somthing, or is it possible?

no already have one, but i do want the remote for the keyless entry.

I was told that the keyless for all Acura were the same. Something about programming htem by locking and unlocking the car several times in a row while holding down a button.

Ask an Acura dealer for the real answer.

Yes, it can be done. If the remotes are the same it can be programmed to your car's alarm/keyless brain. you can only program up to 3 remotes at the same time. Once you program it only those three will work, if you had other remote that worked before but were not programmed with the 3, it will no longer work.

I rather not give the specifics of how to program them, cause then it would only aid in theives but if you searched around enough, someone should know.

thanks, i didnt need to know the procedure, i just wanted to know if it can be done, cause i dont want to have to spend a hundred bucks for a remote when i can get one from someone. I just wanted to know if it can be programmed over again to another car. Thanks.

yes u can we r gonna do that to our new camry ...

basically wat u do is take the extra to the dealer they get the vin and basically like a reg garage remote they hav little codes they enter the code and bam it can be used wit the car... i am GUESSIN it will cost like 20-50 bux i will tell u after we get ours done
