I have a 96 Integra LS and am about to do a 2000 JDM B18c type R swap. I am having a friend do it and want to have all the parts needed to do it. Is there anything extra i might need to do this swap? I was thiking of getting new motor mounts just to be on the safe side? Any Advice on the swaps or any quarter mile time estimates would be much appreciated.

P.S. Do you think i would be able to beat my friends 04 GTI VR6? (200Hp 200Tq)
