Suspension Setup?
Hey guys, i have H&R springs with Tokico Blues on my integra, but when I drive, it's not as comfy, and it bounces everywhere. Even the slightest bump, can make my car shake like crazy. What's a good suspension setup? Is it recommended that I get some coilovers?
Well, it depends on what your really looking for, appearence, handling etc. as with lowering any car you take a chance a loosing some comfort. How low are you looking to go, personally id go with coilovers myself. Though around on the forums, koni yellows with ground controls appear to be a favorite, just pick up a pair of koni shocks ihear they ride nice.
the supsension setup on my old dc2 was:
h&r sport springs
kyb agx shocks (4-way damper adjustable)
omni front upper control arms (camber adj.)
itr rear swaybar w/ beaks kit.
it rode very smoothly, but handled nicely as well. you might just want to pick up a set of kyb agx's or tokico illuminas (aka 'whites'). but if you have the money, then by all means, go with the koni yellows.. they'll definitely give you what you want.

what kind of budget are you looking at? the koni's will probably run you at least $500. the tein's will probably be about twice that. i've never heard from anyone who didn't like their koni yellows. its pretty much a no-lose situation with them. as for the tein's, i had the ss coilovers on my eg and they were pretty nice, but i don't think they'd be worth the extra 5 bills. i say go koni.. but thats just my opinion. you could start a poll thread.

well tokico blues aren't the best shocks anyway.. probably the root of the problem right there.
to the OP: as long as you get something with damper adjustable capabilites, you should be fine. the tokico blues are NOT adjustable
