my GSR came with ground control Coilovers and Tokico Gas shocks, i want to play around with them this weekend because the ride is a little too stiff so i want to adjust the shocks and i want to lower the car another half an inch front and back, can anyone help me out with how to do this?

 

the GC is just a perch that can be unlocked with a hex wrench...i'm not so sure how you adjust the shocks though
